When you use these tools, all image rendering, resizing, watermarking, and metadata purging scripts run directly within your local client device using standard browser engine threads. We do not provide, host, or control the CPU resources that compile your files. You are solely responsible for providing stable operating hardware and enough browser memory blocks to complete these calculations.
100% User Asset Ownership
We claim zero rights, titles, licenses, or intellectual property ownership over the image files you choose to process. The pixel buffers generated inside your local HTML5 Canvas container, and any files downloaded from this site, remain entirely your property. We do not inspect or evaluate your processed visual assets.
Usage Limits & Responsibility Disclaimers
To keep this service free and fully functional, we ask users to understand the technical boundaries and responsibilities when operating browser compute scripts.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use img-converter.in for both personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the web scripts delivering the offline canvas tools.
- Automate requests to the site infrastructure via scrapers or bots (note: all file processing is client-side, so traditional API scraping will not execute processing loops without local browser rendering engines).
- Use our tools for any unlawful visual asset creation or processing that violates copyright, intellectual property, or visual representation laws in your local jurisdiction.
2. Technical Warranty Disclaimer
This website and its local processing tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that our client-side scripts will perform flawlessly on all devices, operating systems, or web browsers. Large images (e.g., 4K resolutions or raw captures) can exceed mobile browser memory limits and cause browser tab crashes. We are not liable for any data loss, system instability, or hardware overheating arising from operating complex canvas matrices or WASM bundles in your browser window.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall img-converter.in, its creators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of files, software errors, or system memory leaks) resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use this website.
